MNRYAN LLC aims to make its website, professional information, and resources usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people with disabilities and people who use assistive technologies. Accessibility is an ongoing process that requires testing, feedback, and improvements as the website changes.
2. Areas we aim to support
We aim to provide clear headings and navigation, readable text, meaningful link labels, sufficient visual distinction, responsive layouts, descriptive text for meaningful images where feasible, and reduced-motion support where available. We also aim to make important information available in text rather than relying solely on visual presentation.
3. Known limitations
Some pages, third-party booking or payment interfaces, externally hosted media, downloadable documents, and older or embedded content may not meet every accessibility need. Keyboard navigation, screen-reader interpretation, contrast, zoom, captions, document tagging, and mobile usability may vary across tools and devices. We do not claim that every page currently conforms to a particular technical standard.
4. Request an accommodation or alternative format
If you encounter a barrier, need help completing a booking, or need a resource in another format, email Mary@mnryan.com. If possible, tell us the page or feature, what you were trying to do, and the format or assistance that would help. Please do not send medical records or other sensitive personal information. We will make reasonable efforts to respond, investigate the issue, and identify an accessible alternative where feasible.
5. Third-party services
Some functions may be delivered by external providers, including booking, payment, hosting, or document services. MNRyan cannot independently control every aspect of those platforms, but we welcome reports of barriers and will consider available alternatives or raise issues with the provider where appropriate.
6. Ongoing review
